The app doesnt work I have a Lg smart tv and its connected to same wifi as my phone and it cant find it

Terrible, I would rate it zero stars if possible. I hate this app it doesnt even work.

Count find the remote for the kids TV AGAIN!! Thought, I wonder if there is a remote app..... Well. I tried the other LG app first. Didnt work with our model I guess. I dont know the model number and dont really want to waste any more time. I just spent an hour looking for the real remote. So I downloaded the other app. This works and paired immediately !!! Spy Kids is on via our Amazon Prime. All is well!!! I am freed from the crazy search now! Just dont loose my phone!!

It stopped working for my tv and it wont connect

I dont know why people are complaining. after our remote broke, and got found this app! It does everything it needs to do. Havent experienced any glitches or difficulties since. Didnt even need to get a new remote cause this is more convenient.
