LG TV Remote 2011 App Reviews

This App works great with my two LG model TVs. Recent iOS 10 update made this app incompatible. LG team please update it so it is compatible again. Thanks in advance

Last update ruined a good run. Now it only works sporadically and does not use the full screen on iPhone 5 which makes it look weird. Button layout is all broken now too

After iOS 10 upgrade the app is not working properly.

Nice concept and it worked pretty well until I got an iPhone 7. UI is now all distorted. Hoping for an app update soon and Life will be Good (LG).

The app draws out wrong. Buttons are all on top of each other and it makes the program nearly unusable. Please look at and correct. Thanks

It gets the job done on my LG 47LW5600. But the lack doesnt get many updates to improve on the UI. Todays update was just the icon, and I didnt think the icon could get worse but it did. Get that banner off the logo. It was 2011 and its 2013. Just get rid of it. Also, no iPhone 5 support? I paid a grand for my TV. Id pay a few bucks for a nicer app too.

I think this app is only for promotion purposes. It doesnt work. it seems like they are not even trying to fix it because come on its LG, if they would put an effort into it it could be done in a day. I think LG has it just so they could say that they have a mobile app on advertising. Sad

I understand this app is for "legacy" 2011 LG TVs but it wouldnt be that hard to implement iPhone 5 resolution support.

Great app. It saves time versus using the magic motion remote. I do wish they would make a function to stream Ipad content to the tv screen.

I was not expecting much after reading previous reviews, but installed the app anyway. I have the 55LV5500, which is not listed as a supported device but was made in 2011. This app works perfectly on my iPhone 5. Not only do I not have to search for a remote, but now I can adjust the volume from another room which is a big advantage when there are kids in the house. I also love that I can set up my favorite channel list, which is much more usable via the phone app than with the regular remote. I just wish LG would provide an app for controlling my LG sound bar.

Updated app...now doesnt connect to my PZ950! Please dont leave us behind. Was working perfectly before latest update. You lied when u said update only included "changed icon".

It worked prior to the update, now...nothing. It just wont connect. Please fix the app. It worked well prior to the update.

The app is great, but sometimes do not connect to my 42LV5500 tv and I would like to be supported to the screen of the iPhone 5

Needs an update to iPhone 5 screen.. Come LG you can do better than this
